Powerful oil-in-water emulsifier which can easily be neutralized in situ with a wide range of organic or inorganic bases. It is supplied in free acid form to give flexibility and adaptability to formulations. Its emulsifying property, pH, thickening ability and suspending effect depend upon the type of based used to neutralize it.
